policies

payment policy

  • tuition and registration fees are due before participation can occur

  • $25 registration fees are paid each semester to bundle administration fees, reserve participation on our roster, and receive a youth shirt

  • payment methods will be listed in our Welcome Email upon registering

withdrawal policy

  • we require a 30-day written notice using our online form

  • partial refunds can be granted and calculated with our 30-day required notice based on the date the online withdrawal form was submitted


prorate policy

  • no make-up classes will be offered nor will fees be prorated due to absences, appointments, field trips, holidays, late payments, school closings, or weather closures

  • should classes be canceled by Coach Andrea the following class will be extended to accommodate both lesson plans
