POTENTIAL TIMELINE	ACTIVITY
0 - 15 min	party starts, guests begin to arrive, coach sets up
15 - 30 min	coach places tunnels, bean bag toss, and ring toss as guests arrive, then corrals participants for group play
30 -90 min	coach entertains guests with any of the following sports and equipment :: baseball, basketball, beach balls, football, frisbees, golf, hockey, hula hoops, parachute, soccer, tennis, track and field, and volleyball
90 - 120 min	coach cleans up equipment while attention is directed toward cake and presents

coach provides ALL set-up and tear-down of games
tunnels, a bean bag toss, and an obstacle course are placed to the side of the play area to keep infants and others ENGAGED should they not want to participate with the group
games are PERSONALIZED to party’s theme and child’s age
luxury of hosting an intimate party ANYWHERE with unique entertainment
a faux snowball fight is played at the end to encourage PLAY among children and adults
colorful photo opportunities are created as we close the hour to sing HAPPY BIRTHDAY to the birthday child
