payment policy
Tuition and registration fees are due before participation can occur.
Tuition includes weekly classes and is $300 per semester.
$25 registration fees are paid each semester to bundle administration fees, reserve participation on our roster, and receive a youth shirt.
Families can add a payment method and pay invoices are through the Brightwheel app.
withdrawal policy
We require a 30-day written notice using our online form.
Partial refund are only granted to families leaving a program by completing the form 30-days prior to withdrawal.
prorate policy
No make-up classes will be offered nor will fees be prorated due to absences, appointments, field trips, holidays, late payments, school closings, or weather closures.
We planned for two extra weeks that could be potentially used during the semester should Coach need to call in sick and host a make-up class.
